  • I would like to know it too. So important and unique plugin. Maybe we could send a note to people at bbPress forum, so they can take over and make fork.

bbPress itself needs some work (particularly with the odd url structure). I have doubts this will be taken up there.

I will leave the message there. Some developer can allways make a fork and charge money for plugin. If it is unique, it will sell.

This is a great plugin. I used it when I wanted to change my history forum over to a blog-focused site with the forum serving as the blog comments section. I hope it gets picked up by someone to add more features going forward.

For now it works without problems. Dont think it would be problem to adapt it to future bbPress and WP core code. It is all the same everywhere, post types and post content.

I think this is a great plugin and I wouldn’t mind paying for it- for the developer or anyone else who would pick up the support and future updates glove. Such a waist if it will be abandoned. One of the best bbpress addons I have encountered. David , please tell us your thoughts and plans for the future of this plugin.

Not working for me on 4.1.1 with Buddypress. Looks promising, includes a forum to the post, but is not posting a topic to the chosen forum. Too bad, I could really use this functionality.

I just tested on 4.1.1 and works OK. You are doing something wrong.

I have a bunch of plugins. I thought maybe the problem could be Buddypress integration.

It is a plugin for bbPress not BuddyPress. I have BuddyPress installed too, and it has nothing to do with it.

I know, but if it works for you but not me, it may be a plugin that I have, but you don’t, that is the cause of the problem. Any tips would be appreciated.

You’ll have to test by turning off all plugins & enabling them one by one to see which may be the cause.
