Error when upload image in Media Library > Add new

Hi,

I got this error when try to upload the image ~ 100kb size:
“Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 44826624) (tried to allocate 1280 bytes) in /home2/atcdvnc/public_html/vietnamyoga.org/wp-includes/media.php on line 2043”
Then I press back on browser and go to media library the image already uploaded to server (with right size & can still attach to posts) but no thumbnails and metadata (so that it dóe not work with some widgets) as screen shot here:

But sometime I still can upload successfully with smaller size images (less than 50kb) as you can see on screen shot.

Anybody can help me?
