How do i change the footer.php to show links of my choice?

The title of this topic says it all;
My question is How do i change the footer.php to show links of my choice?

The code of my footer.php is :

I looked everywhere to edit the coding and change the links but i failed. I’m new to WordPress so i’m having difficulty.
