Publicise settings issues

We’ve recently joined www.remarpro.com and updated our theme to ‘Isabelle’ from creativemarket.com however, despite downloading Jetpack we cannot connect our social medias to the publicising settings (to schedule posts etc.) We have uninstalled and reinstalled plugins.

We are not the most tech savvy people, but we’re trying to learn.
