Specific post sales & downloading problems

Hi guys, I had some problems with folks not able to download protected files after specific purchasing.
The purchase page is public, the purchase brings the customer to a dedicated protected page, with a link to file which is in the wp-content/plugins/s2member-files/ folder.
I’ve tried a normal URL link without success then the following codes also with no success, any help would be very welcome!
1. gives a string of alphanumeric digits
