Custom role for elance freelancer to edit site

I want to edit the role for the elance worker so that they can do all editing but cannot add, edit, or view users. I would hate to have one of them delete me as admin or downgrade me to be something other than admin. I want them to be able to see everything just the same as if they are an admin though.
