yep, Ive tried changing it to every other option and nothing changes

what theme are you using?

does the problem persist (also with new comments) if you temporarily switch to the default theme (Twenty Fourteen or Twenty Fifteen)?

have you contacted the developer of your theme for support?

as you are using a commercial theme, the helper of this forum here do not have free access to the code to check for example if this is something caused by the comments listing code;

the developer of the theme hasnt responded my question, and I doubt he ever will, so is this place or I’m in trouble
