Settings Not Saving

Hey guys, this seems like exactly the plug-in I’ve been looking for, unfortunately once installed I can’t get it to work!

More specifically – I after I’ve installed the plug-in and set the options the recent-popular-tags division and H3 tags appear in the html of my pages BUT the division is completely empty apart from those H3 tags.

Whether this has anything to do with the issue or not I don’t know but, when I submit settings for the plug-in it takes me to the wp-admin/options.php page.
