Events Manager ACF/Events Manager Custom Template

So iv’e been trying to get Advanced Custom Fields to work with Events Manager’s event formatting options in the admin. Iv’e used the #_ATT{ACF_field_name} but figured out this won’t work with checkboxes with multiple options because you just get the the JSON object.

So I have an Advanced Custom Field called “days” and it has checkboxes of the days of the week. I’m trying to get it so I can check days of the week and it will pull something like “Tuesday/Thursday” based on what you select.

I looked into custom template files for events manager but not sure how that works or how I would pull an Advanced Custom Field inside the template file “event-list.php.”

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
