Group events by Month (archive-event.php)

You can already view events in a given month (there are settings to change the permalink structure) but typically: wwww.yoursite.com/2014/12.

Now, this would paginate within the month, but you could set the post_per_page to be ‘-1’ on day/month/year pages, and add month links. There a functions to enable this:

• eo_get_event_archive_link()
• eo_is_event_archive()
