cant use activated plug in, in widgets

  • Hi. I am new to WordPress. I am actually following a step by step tutorial on website building from YouTube. I am running the responsive theme and am starting to build out the widgets. I was instructed to download and act. the Black Studio tiny plug in. I can see it is installed but can not find it in my widgets. Can someone help?

    I try to reproduce the issue on my test but I can see fine the widget: https://prntscr.com/5imcyq . Responsive theme and Black Studio TinyMCE Widget plugin. The widget is just named “Visual Editor”. Could you check it for me?

    Also, could you link the tutorial you are watching from youtube? I will really appreciate it. ??
