What's Up With The Widgets?

  • Try the screen options tab at the top of the widgets page – look and see if it says “Disable accessibility mode”. If it does, disable it and see if it makes any difference.

    Hey thank you so much claytonjames!!! The first problem is fixed. Awesome bro.

    Still during customization the widgets don’t show up.

    My whole goal is I want to revamp the site with a new theme but when I try to edit the widgets before I launch it is just blank for widgets https://s29.postimg.org/4ke40d3k7/tsiwidgets2.jpg

    I might try temporarily activating a different theme (metro is a child theme for the Genesis Framework) to see if the behavior in the customize/preview mode changes at all. If it does, you may have a theme related issue.
