Visitor Name only showing intermittently

    Hi I have Slimstat 3.9 with the Export to Excel add-on. In the real time screen report and the subsequent download, sometimes the Visitor’s Name is matched to the IP address and is recorded in the data table and sometimes it isn’t (for the same IP). Be grateful if you could take a look.

    I should add that this is an Intranet site and requires every visitor to login via /wp-login.php I’ve just noticed that the majority of non-matched IP addresses are recorded as being at this log in page which could be the problem as it wouldn’t have known the user at his point. If this is the case could I add /wp-login.php to the referring site filter?

    Yes, you could track admin pages and then filter wp-admin, so that only wp-login is tracked.
