    Hi John.

    So sorry for only getting back to you now.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to change the ‘Written by’ text without changing it in the code. (I can assist you with this if you are comfortable in doing this).

    We will be sure to add this into the next update we release though.

    I have the same request.

    I’m comfortable editing php and took a quick look to see if I could change this but no luck.

    To be clear: I want to remove the get_the_author_meta(‘display_name’), I think, from the custom post type and also the date, although that’s less important.

    Hi there.

    Please login to your WordPress dashboard, go to ‘Testimonials’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’.

    You can hide the user’s name and website there.
