Selective plugins loading IS ENABLED, and the plugin selection appears below that message.

    Advice?

Are you using a caching plugin?

    Yes

    Hyper Cache

A couple similar too such as Cloudflare and autoptimize

Your caching plugin is probably caching the page.

I always had the cache in there. only after a recent PO update (not this last one) did this start happening.

Also, after this latest update all my plugins became inactive and I had to go back and reactivate them.

I am also wondering if these bugs are multisite related, because I don’t have these issues on my other sites.
