  • I have a WordPress website and installed Google Analytics by Yoast. I’m also trying to track to my the activity by using my existing google analytics account, and was given a tracking code by Google that I’m supposed to copy & paste into every page of the site I want to track. Is it necessary to copy and paste the Google provided tracking code into every page if I have installed the Google Analytics by Yoast Plugin ? And if it is necessary to copy and paste the Google provided tracking code into every page, how do I do that with a WordPress theme? Thanks!

@webace creative studio mentions should be fixed in the last release (5.2.7)

@hawkeye21 In our plugin you can authenticate with Google Analytics and select the GA profile that you want to use for your website. The tracking code will automatically be added to every page. Instead of authenticating with Google, you can also manually set your tracking code in our settings. Either way, you won’t have to paste it into every page.
