You have <p> tags within your <blockquote> tags, so you should change the font family of any <p> tags within a <blockquote> tag instead of changing the font family of the <blockquote> tag directly. If your theme has a custom CSS option, use it; otherwise, get a custom CSS plugin and use this code:

padding-top: 0;
padding-bottom: 0;
}

blockquote p {
font-family: Courier;
margin-bottom: 0;
}

blockquote p, {
        font-style: normal;
