Add info on actor page

That’s not currently possible as “actors” pages are actually simple movies archive pages, but that’s something we plan to implement, although not sure of the shape it will take.

Hi Charlie Merland, I asked about it too. I can add info by some plugins (custom fields) but if you gonna update plugin with actor pages i will need to make all work from the begining… When do you plan to add this feature? I really like your plugin but visitor want to read about actor and goes to google for this information..

I don’t think there will be actor pages per-se, it will more likely take the form of custom fields linked to taxonomy terms: biography, birthday/age, picture, etc. That way it can be easily edited on a per-term basis, made available for collections as well, and used in taxonomy pages as regular terms properties.

We’ll try to make this available for version 2.2 scheduled for early 2015, even though that version will mostly bring a complete rewrite of the technical part being the plugin’s metabox which is a lot of work. But we’ll do our best ??
