Custom single item checkout

So I have a page with all the orders that a specific customer has under his name, it’s a little accordion style ul and way on the bottom I want to add something like this:

I was thinking maybe 1 form per item and on top of the code check for post data to create the order and validate the payment. Things to clarify: Prepaid credit is a site custom currency, every order has the same value.

Is there any way I can do this with jigoshop?
