Responsiv Problem!

its a great Plugin but if i check my Website on https://mattkersley.com/responsive/ for correct Responsivvie i see a big problem
240,320 and 480 Widgth dont show the Menu. Is this a bug (not correct CSS code) or what happend here?
Mobile Navi is only shown on 768
