That product has 9 variations in the markup when there should be 8. Variation #21637 is the one that shouldn’t be in the markup. It isn’t setup properly. It has no attributes. Variations above that #id in the list are selectable, below are not. Can you find and delete #21637 in the list of variations for that product?

If that fixes variations for that product, post a couple more faulty product pages. If you can find a pattern to the variations which aren’t working, that may help.

I went on to look at this product:

The markup for the variations starts at line 493. Variation id #21637 is the extra rogue one, does it appear in the list of variations for that product?

at the frontend I am seeing the #21637

but on the backend I don’t

not sure who generates it

or where if was being generated.

OK, so #21637 is in the front-end markup but not in the back end admin page. Something is corrupted somewhere.

The next thing I would try is a database repair. I’m not hopeful, but its an easy step. Go to this page:

and follow the instructions on the page.

The url works for me, please try again. All you get is a little message:

To allow use of this page to automatically repair database problems, please add the following line to your wp-config.php file. Once this line is added to your config, reload this page.

define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true);

Do that, then run the url again to repair the database.

Finally, remove the line from wp-config.php to stop anyone else doing it.

I see “Error establishing a database connection”. Did you do edit the wrong thing in wp-config.php? Do you have a backup of that file?

We are having a difficult time with the site.
Thanks for letting us know, we just found out that Network Solutions have some server issues and the site is down since last night. They said it will take them 72 hours to correct the server issues and many other sites off.
Can you please recommend us a good hosting company, someone that will not have server down every other day. I am sure you know.

Moving hosting is like moving a house not easy at all.

Another one which I am not hopeful about but its an easy one, maybe you’ve done it already, go to Admin page > WooCommerce > system Status > Tools tab, click “Clear transient” and “Clear expired transients”. This may affect any customers who are currently logged in.
