W3TC Disables JS widget

I have a LinkedIn widget that that runs a js to scroll through recommendations. When I installed W3TC, this widget stops working. How can I get these js and css scripts working while still using W3TC to it’s fullest potential? Do I have to exclude these scripts in the optimization? If so, where section of W3TC do I do this. The plug in name is WP linked. Thank you
