    What does our support cover?

    Our support covers issues with the Tracks theme. If you have problems using a feature, recreating something on the live demo, or if you’re experiencing a bug, let us know and we will be happy to help you.

    Our support does not cover customizations or fixes for other WordPress products. If you’d like to customize Tracks, you’ll need to do so yourself, or hire the help of a WordPress expert (we recommend codeable.io). We also have a Support Center for Tracks with many instructional tutorials and more on the way. This applies for our paid products as well.
