Form ID's – Auto tag

    I am using the MemberPress plugin to sell products. I would like to autotag based on the product they are buying. There is a form for each product. Unfortunately that plugin uses the same id for each product purchase form.

    I need to differentiate between the products. Does the Leadin plugin allow you to use the class or id of a submit button in the form? Or does the CSS class/id have to be in the actual opening <form> element?

  • Hi Thurston –

    Right now we only support tagging based off class/id attributes on the <form> element. A decent amount of people have requested that we allow for tagging based off specific input values, which I think would solve your request. I can’t commit to whether or not we’ll build that soon, but I can tell you that if enough of our users request a feature, we tend to build it out. For now I’ve marked you down on that feature request as someone to keep in the loop and I’ll let you know how we progress as our team discuss it more.
