Got ya! I unticked the debug is that what you meant?

You have to use an FTP client or web based file manager.
Then you go to wp-content/plugins/etsy-shop/tmp/
And delete the file noaparis-16475730_cache.json
The file will be generated again on page refresh
This file will be updated every 6 hours after that

Is the grid editable via the css?
as in, is it possible to have larger thumb nails?
I noticed that my photos poke out ….

Yes you can edit using CSS.
