Link No Longer Working

I am trying to get a calendar linked back up with this website. https://www.apcfit.com. I am using version 1.3.2
I do not have access to download the database as the current person in hold of it is not responding to the clients calls or emails. So I do not want to update without being able to download the database in case.
I looked at the support forums and have followed them. It seems like if I put just the link to the full version, it is forbidden from Google.
If I do https://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/dos75eke9uqatli4hb1vhivhp4%40group.calendar.google.com/public/full nothing is coming up. The calendar just spins as well as if I do it with http. I also tried it with the @ symbol since it shows that on the support. I am unsure of what to do here. The client does not want to redo it, but they need it up as the holiday resolutions will be coming in soon.
Any help is appreciated it.
