Not Sure if Pinterest Count is Working Properly

    I somewhat recently added this plugin to my site, and I can’t tell if it is working properly with respect to the Pinterest count.

    I pin each one of my posts to my Pinterest page, so it seems that every single post of mine should have atleast a 1 in the Pinterest count box. However, many of them say 0 still. Admittedly, my counts/shares by other people on Pinterest are not very high, but I know there are atleast a few instances where someone has pinned my post, and the count does not change. Also, the count is different if you look at it on my site versus looking at the count when you’re actually on Pinterest.

    I am not sure if I am just misunderstanding how this plugin works or if something is not working quite right. If someone could enlighten me, I would be so grateful. ??

    AddToAny loads official counts per page directly from Pinterest, so count issues would be with Pinterest itself, or between Pinterest and your site.

    If you wanted to double-check the Pinterest count for a specific URL, you can insert the URL into the Pinterest widget builder (leaving the Image field as is) then “build it” to see a count on the test button.
