Tooltip does not show after update

I think I just replied to you in another thread also, but the issue looks like you are running jQuery v1.11.1 on your site and the new tooltip code requires jquery 1.6+

Then it could be an issue with another plugin. I would try disabling your other plugins until it works to see what is causing the conflict.
