Unattach Featured Image pages

  • I like how on posts the featured image does not show at the top. On pages, the featured image shows up at the top and is stretched out. I just want a featured image on pages so I can get a thumbnail to show on the category page. How can I keep it from showing on the pages?

    the featured image can be uploaded only once…u have to update the info whenver u want just like in the posts..the crawlers get that info every day to day….
