Logo disappears on mobile screen

    The logo keeps disappearing when viewing on a mobile phone screen. I’m currently viewing on iphone 4 – happens in both portrait and landscape modes. It shows up and looks perfect for 1-2 seconds then disappears. It displays fine on full width screens and on tablet screen.

    I’ve spent days trawling support forums but can’t locate a fix. I’ve noticed a few others having logo issues but no resolution to problem
    Please help.

  • Try to uncheck
    Customize -> Global Settings -> Responsive Settings ->
    Enable/disable blocks reordering on small devices

    I have done as you suggested but it has not helped the logo problem. It still shows up briefly and then disappears.

    The change it made was bringing the Contact Us in the sidebar to the top of the main text instead of below on mobile view and either position is fine with me.

    Anything else you think might be worth a try? Its frustrating as I know its there as it shows up fine for a second or two.

    I am having this same issue. Searched the forum, tried many different suggestions. This thread has my exact issue.

    My android phone is doing fine. I’m having an issue on my apple devices, ipad and iphone. Responsive part works fine. It is the main logo that loads and disappears.

    What plugin does that ?fit=1024%2C1024, that’s not from Customizr.
    The only thing I can suggest is to disable all your plugin and see if it still occurs. Of course you have to clear your browsers cache and super-cache cache, you have to be sure you’re not loading an “old” page.

    I am not at all familiar with website programming. I have disabled all plugins and cleared caches. Can you check to see if it is still showing that code? I am having no change on my end.

    With all plugins disabled, all browsing history cleared in both chrome and safari, the ipad still loads the logo before being replaced by the site title only.
