    Can you please perform the following steps.

    1. Login to your iContact account
    2. Click on Contacts in the navigation menu
    3. Click on Sign-up Forms from the submenu options
    4. Click on View HTML
    5. Scroll down to see the Manual Sign-Up Form code
    6. Copy the code
    7. Send it to me through https://codeleon.com/contact

    Hi,

    you have everything configured correctly, except the Special ID field.

    Change its value to 5OP1 and save your form.

    That should fix it ??
