    Does JS Support Ticket support the ability to create tickets via email? For example I’d like to have a dedicated email inbox my users can email support requests to and then have the plugin automatically download those email and create tickets I can then triage.

    Hi,

    This feature will available in Pro version.

    User can open new ticket via email and make reply to existing ticket.

    Awesome! Great to hear. Will the email piping feature also track replies in the ticket? For example if the user opens a ticket, I reply with a solution, and they email again with the results–will that all be tracked in the ticket itself?
