    1) Can ensure that a product is created in the name of “donation”.
    2) Can You please tell use what payment methods you use.
    3) Can you please provide the software versions

    Hi,
    Thank you for getting back to me.
    1) There is a product called donation.
    2) It hangs for both direct bank transfer and PayPal (these are the two methods we use.
    3) WordPress 4.0.1
    WooCommerce 2.2.8
    PHP 5.3.28
