Downloads not showing in sidemenu

  • Hi, I’ve downloaded the following in order:

    1 Contact Form 7 and activated it (by By Takayuki Miyoshi )
    2 wordpress Download Monitor and activated it (by By Mike Jolley )
    3 Email before download and activated it. (By M&S Consulting)

    The ‘downloads’ is not showing in my sidebar menu.

    I need to be able to get the individual documents IDs to link them for downloading etc

    What do I do to fix this?

    First of all, thank you for your interest in our plugin. If you are sure that you have activated download monitor and it is not appearing in your admin panel, there is probably some sort of issue with Download Monitor.

    Yes I have activated Download Monitor. ‘Downloads’ does not show in the sidebar menu.

    However, when I open/create a post there is an option to insert a download in that, and I can upload files in there.

    Can you please suggest what else I should be checking?

    You need contactform 7 and Download Monitor by Mike Jolley.
