Photo Card not working

Hi,
I went thru the process to get approved for a Twitter photo card, installed the Twitter Cards Meta and activated, but it’s not working: it only shows the link and the headline. I am using the basic Publicize that comes with the blog, but also using an RSS image feed for my email subscribers (if that is relevant.) Also not sure it is relevant, but the image is not posting to Facebook either, and previously they did. Thank you, any help you can give me would be appreciated.
