[Plugin: Ninja Forms] Handling user-submitted data?

I am considering using Ninja Forms for an event registration form on an existing WordPress site. I have not yet installed the plugin.

What will my client (admin) be able to do with the data once users submit the forms? They are not web admin literate beyond simple WordPress admin functions and I do not have an existing support contract with them to take care of this data for them. I want to make sure that dealing with this data will be user-friendly for them to handle.

Will they be able to export it somehow or will it remain in the admin area and be easily viewable by a non-techy client?
