• Hi, I just purchased the Developer’s version of the plug-in and I’m still just familiarizing myself with it and trying to figure it out.

One thing I noticed right away is that on your website, some of the examples shown of the various gallery views includes a layout in which the thumbnails are laid out in a neat 9-pane grid, with three thumbnails across and three thumbnails down (three columns and three rows).

But when I place a video gallery on a page, by default it lays out the video thumbnails in one single column of 9 thumbnails all above and below one another.

How do I get the thumbnails to lay out in that same grid layout (3×3 or whatever) that you have them in on your website?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hello
Dear user it depends on your theme container, if you change the size of the elements you can reduce the amount of columns.
I know that you contacted us by e-mail, so let’s go on talking there

Yes, I did contact you by email last night shortly after purchasing the plug-in. I will be happy to continue this discussion in email. However, I have not yet received a reply from you in email, and am awaiting some guidance from you.

I also tried phoning you a short while ago (yes, an international phone call), but no one answered.

Hi. We just want to say that we got your message and answered it back, but our e-mail was denied sending. We tried it again, but still the same error message, Please contact us with another address.

The email address is fine. You got an auto-response from Earthlink as part of their challenge/response spam-blocking system. I’ve whitelisted your email address. As long as you send from that email address, you’ll get through to me fine. Plus, I saw your emails in the catch-all folder of my webmail where I can whitelist or block different addresses. I’ll try sending again.

Nothing is working! Whatever I change it does not show the change on the site. Why you dont make a video with a tutorial??

For a paid product this is at least what you should offer!!!

I have to agree with mario12345. I’ve not been impressed with the support for this product.

And why would the publisher not want to do the troubleshooting here in the Support Forum…you know, so others experiencing the same problem might benefit from reading the solution (instead of taking it to private email). Very strange.

Still waiting for an answer a day and a half after posting the concern.

RandB, this is something that makes me really mad! Like we are doing this here because we dont have anything else to do. He made a couple of vids about the gallery plugin but non for the video.

Funny is, that nothing is changing on my site no matter what I do.

I really cant stand guys that try to put something on the market that is full of bugs just to make a fast buck. Service 0.0

My default mindset is to give people the benefit of the doubt. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for help to resolve this issue. Tick tock.

Hello dear users) Please understand, sometimes there can be problem that needs individual solution, and if we see the problem can not relate to other users we ask to write on our e-mail address.

Dear mario12345. Did you try to clean your cache files? if no, just press ctrl+f5. If you bought the product and installed it right, everything should work.
We have Video demonstration for Video Gallery, and user manual for General Options. We also have support address [email protected]. And forum, where you can get an answer to all of your questions.
If it is not difficult for you just send the link of your site where you put the product, so we could check if there is any JavaScript errors.

Dear RandB I have already wrote here, that it happens because the size of your theme container is too narrow, just try to change the size of the element from General Option.
And we asked you to contact us by e-mail so we could help you to solve the problem trough css codes (we will check the mail and try to write you back again)
