insert question and answer very slowly

hey,
I used this plugin for many months. In begining it worked well. But now it performs very slowly when submiting question and answer. I notice this plugin executes questions and answers as post so that all of them will be saved into wp_posts table in database. However there are more than 30000 data beside questions and answers in my wp_posts table… until now every time user will spend arount 40 seconds to submit a question/answer… does anyone knows is there any way to optimze it?
