Jetpack Subscribers not receiving email updates

I checked our email logs for a few of your subscribers, and it seems they did receive an email about your last post.

Could you send us an email with a few examples of the email addresses that did not receive any email?

I’d suggest that you look at your subscriber list to find out which email address you used to sign up to your own site. If you signed up using a WordPress.com account, you’ll find yourself under the “WordPress.com Followers” tab, and you will be able to manage your own subscriptions here:

It’s possible that emails from a different address are currently forwarded to that email address. I’d suggest looking at your WordPress.com account email address to find out more.

I’m afraid not. Subscription emails are only sent when a new post is published. You can’t trigger a new email for posts that are already published.

I can check our logs for you if you have any doubts. If you give me an email address, I can check what emails we sent to that address.
However, please do not post any email addresses here. These forums are public, and if you were to leave your email here anyone could grab it and start sending you spam.

Their were not any other emails forwarded. I could send you an email that I received if that would help.

Check the “WordPress.com Followers” tab. Since that email address is linked to a WordPress.com account, you will appear there.
Your previous subscription, with a different WordPress.com account, appears there as well.

If you would like me to check our email logs for any of the email addresses on the list, or for one of your WordPress.com accounts, send me an email and I’ll take a look!

I checked a few at random before to reply to your first post, and they had all received emails about your last post.

As per your own accounts, I’d suggest checking this page to make sure your subscription settings are set to send you an email, and not just a notification in the WordPress.com Reader:

Very interesting all of the settings were in order, and say they send emails instantly. I will collect some addresses and get back to you. Thank you so much for your help.
