    Hi @realfoodfamily,

I hope you are well today.

It’s working fine on my test site.

Are you using any privacy plugin?

If yes then try temporary deactivating it to know whether it is causing this issue.

If you are not sure what is causing this issue then try on your development site using default WordPress theme like Twenty Thirteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Could you please share me the page link from your site where you are displaying it so that i can troubleshoot it?

    Kind Regards,
    WPMU DEV

I have the same issue. I did a search in all wordpress files for the string of text that is being displayed and the conflict is found in the wp-insert plugin.. this file:
    wp-insert\includes\legal-pages\data.php

    Hi @ajfmedia,

Thank you for your valuable feedback here.

Are you facing this issue using the latest version of the following Wp-Insert plugin?

    Hi @ajfmedia,

    Thank you for your reply.

I tested on my test site using latest version of Wp-Insert plugin and the pop up plugin but couldn’t reproduce the issue on my test site.

Do we need to configure the Wp-Insert plugin specifically to reproduce this issue?

If yes then please tell me about it so that i can reproduce the issue to resolve it. Share the screenshot of the settings if you can.

For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, https://imgur.com/ or other image service. ??

Also please share the page link from your site where you are displaying the pop up and facing this issue so that i can test it.

    Regards,
    WPMU DEV
