When Activated I get locked out due to 404 Errors

    Hello,
    I installed this plugin and immediately received an email from the iThemes Security plugin stating that I’ve been locked out due to to many 404 errors. All the 404 error logs, was relating to each of the plugins I have installed and active. I had all the options within the speed booster activated and slowly deactivated each option, but didn’t find anyone that fixed the problem. When I deactivate this plugin, the errors goes away when access the sites. Can anyone offer any suggestions on using this plugin with no errors? Thank you.
