I just followed the link to your website and the thumbnails seem fine now. Are you able to resolve on your own? ??

No, they aren’t fine in Chrome or Safari. They are still distorted and squished.

I have deleted my cache and the problem remains.

Can you try temporarily switching the theme to a WordPress default, such as 2012, just to see if maybe it’s a conflict between the updated Jigoshop and the theme?

Same problem to me. My thumbnails on the catalog page are all distorted. Any idea about it?

@aragornlesage – Does switching to a default WordPress theme have same result?

Have either of you tried to toggle “Crop Catalog Images” in Jigoshop > Settings > Images?

I have switched the theme and the images are still distorted and squished.

Yes, I have checked the “Crop Catalog Images” and regenerated thumbnails.

Helle Michael. I am using Lensa theme and it seems that the problem doesn’t persist when I am swithcing to a default WordPress theme. I tried anyway to toglle “Crop Catalog Images”, but it doesn’t work.

Can you all check one more thing just to see if it makes a difference? Ope one product and remove the featured image and save it. Then put the featured image back. Doe it make a difference?

It doesn’t change anything for me Michael. The css shows 200px x 200px, but the image doesn’t appear like this. The image is resized to 142px × 200px. I can send you my website address if you want to have a look.

Would it be possible for you guys to send temporary admin access to the sites in question so that we can have a closer look at the issue? You can securely send such information directly to us via our email at [ redacted, please do not ask for that access ]

Done! You should have a mail with the login and password. Just tell me if it is not the case! ??

Thank you Michael, I have sent you an email with the access info.
