No header displaying in development version

Hi,
Thanks a lot for the wonderful plugin. Its working great.
The header logo which i have loaded is not displaying in pdf. Other header contents are dispalying good. And also i want to display border around my pdf.
It would be great if you can help me to fix this issue.
