A few weeks ago, I developed a website which I then had to transfer to another WordPress account that my website host created for me. I did this using ManageWP and was told at the time (by ManageWP) that, in future, I would need to update my original WordPress website then transfer that across to the WordPress account created by my website host. When I log on today, the WordPress system doesn’t seem to know my username. When I ask for a new password to be sent to my email address, the system addresses the email to the account name used for my website host’s WordPress account.
Understanding that this sounds (and has been!) very laborious… can someone help me track down my original WordPress account and website? Or has the system rationalised things for me so that I now just use the account set up by my website host?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
    Fran

    Okay and sorry people…
I’ve logged on to my website host-created WordPress account to find that both versions/sites are now located under that username, etc. Yay and sorry if I gave you a bum steer in my first post. But…
Whilst I can see my original WordPress account in the WordPress Reader screen, if I click on it, I’m told that the page cannot be displayed. If I return to the WordPress Reader screen, a red banner is now under that site icon saying that there’s a JetPack problem. If I follow that, I get to log a help request with Jetpack (which I’ve just done).
Can someone help me access my website please?

I don’t believe this…. I’ve just accessed my original website by accessing my website host created account. ???!!! Too weird and posts above therefore closed.
