Not enough memory allocated

Sorry, but immediately I see “Choose a file from your computer: (Maximum size: 3 MB)” and realize that I am not able to import my file without getting an “Are you sure you want to do this?” or a “File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.” This is not the case.
