WooCommerce different tax same price

Hello.

How could I charge the same price for everyone regardless of their country while keeping VAT? Shopify offers a similar solution. For instance :

Sell something 100 € in France including VAT and sell the exact same thing for the exact same price of a 100 € without any tax to someone living in the US.

How to achieve price consitency while having different tax rates?
