Plugin for extended file management available?

  • Hi,

    a new project of mine must have a separate client area, which provides files only specific to that client. The clients themselve could be administered with the user management of WordPress itself, however I do need some sort of file upload plugin, which can handle metadata (at least a description and the assigned client) assigned to the files. The presentation should be no problem, it’s all about this metadata.

    So, does a plugin for this already exists? Or maybe you have another idea to handle this situation?
