Cache generated but not server

Hi, I have the plugin installed y two of my websites and when I enter in a page, it always tell me “<!– Dynamic page generated in 0.767 seconds. –>
<!– Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2014-11-27 14:41:44 –>”If I enter agin in the same page it keeps me telling “Cached page generated”
What shoud I do in order to fix it (So the cached page is served)
I have tryend deleting the supercha code forn htaccess but I have still the same problem.
Alsom, tried mod_rewirte and PHP mode but nothing
If I active the debug mode it keeps telling me
