Hierarchy Not Working

Hello woocommerce , need a little help here .
For some reason the hierarchy function is not working and rather displaying pages in my wordpress admin – Appearance – Menu – Product Categories sectionthis is how it must work

this is how it looks now

How can i fix this issue to bring it back to this

with more than 1000 categories this is fraustrating.
