No Add Page choices To the Left of Menus in Appearance

Have you tried:
-deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
-switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

Alas no luck. Deactivated all Plugins. Switched Theme to Standard WP. I gained a heading ‘Format’ left of the menus under Appearance but not options. I’ve reverted. I’m guessing something must have gone awry server side?

I should have stuck to Photography ??

Format is not supposed to be in the dashboard.

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Okey dokey. Thanks for the heads up. Guess I’ll have to scrap it or pay again. Or switch to a standard wordpress theme and gain free support. Not an easy decision as I had no problems of this nature until the year of inclusive support was up. Alas some don’t offer logical support packages and expect you to pay the same price in the second year you paid in the first when you bought the work that went into the theme. Decisions.

The issue was not as complicated as it appeared. If you don’t see the available pages when you enter Menus from the Appearance Menu it is because your Screen Options have changed. Click the menu top right and place a tick in the box of those items you want to see and hey presto. Madness that it is not clearer.
